This policy covers how dietopening handles information. We collect as little as we can and follow the information privacy principles of New Zealand's Privacy Act 2020.

What we don't collect
No accounts, no payments, no forms. We never ask for your name, address, card or bank details or ID. We run no analytics or advertising trackers and we do not sell or share personal information. Fonts and images are served from this site, so your browser does not contact other companies when you visit.
What sits in your browser
Two essential cookies remember your age confirmation and that you closed the cookie message. Your coin balance and break reminder setting are kept in local storage. None of it identifies you and none of it is sent to us. Each item is listed in the cookie policy.
Emails
If you write to us, we use your address and message only to reply, keep them while the conversation is useful, then delete them. No mailing lists.
Your rights
You can ask to see or correct personal information we hold about you by email. You can clear cookies and local storage in your browser at any time. If you are unhappy with how we dealt with a privacy matter, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner.
