Terms of use

These terms apply to your use of dietopening (dietopening.com). By using the site you confirm you are 20 or older and understand that the games are entertainment only.

1. What the site is

dietopening offers four free social casino games that we made. Coins shown in them are fictional, have no cash value and cannot be bought, sold, cashed, transferred or exchanged for money, goods, services or rewards of any kind. There are no in-app purchases, we accept no payments and we do not offer gambling.

2. Age

The site is for adults aged 20 and over only. The games contain simulated gambling. If you are under 20, do not use the site.

3. Fair use

Don't misuse the site, try to break it, scrape or copy it at scale, or use it for anything unlawful. The games are offered as they are, for casual fun.

4. Ownership and results

The games, artwork, text and code belong to dietopening. Results are random and do not predict anything, including outcomes in real-money gambling.

5. Availability and liability

We try to keep the site running and accurate but can't promise it will always be online or error-free. Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986 where they apply. As the site is free and sells nothing, we are otherwise not liable for loss from using it, as far as New Zealand law allows.

6. Changes, law and contact

We may update these terms; the date above shows the current version. New Zealand law applies. Questions: [email protected]/a>.
